The Posts section provides a full collection of published tweets from the account and tweets tagged on the account.
The account bar will have the current amount of tweets, followers and following.
To view a report specifically for this selected Twitter account, select the View Report button.
Once the user clicks the report button, an automatically generated report will load in a new tab. The report can be printed or saved as a PDF. Note: The report cannot be scheduled.
The user can select a timeframe using the Timeframe drop-down to select a predetermined amount of time, or by choosing a custom date range.
The user can select from a variety of options to see posts that are more or less popular or view posts by time period. The posts button is located next to view report.
Once Posts are selected, a sidebar will appear with the most recent posts from that particular channel.
Different views can be applied to the tweets: Most Recent, Oldest First, Most Liked, Least Liked, Most Retweeted, Least Retweeted.
You can also select which posts you want to see: Entire Feed, My Tweets, Tweets Mentioning Me.
Each tweet will have the option see the number of retweets and likes. Each post will show the date and time published. Based on the date range for the selected channel, a timeframe for the tweet will display the number of likes and retweets in that time period.
When the user clicks on the name or icon of a Twitter account, a new tab will pull up on that Twitter account page. If the post is clicked, a new tab will pull up with the original post on Twitter.
