There are two different ways to create a report. First, you have the option to create a report from within the Social Profile page.
To view a report specifically for any specific channel, select the View Report button.
Once the user clicks the report button, an automatically generated report will load in a new tab. The report can be printed or saved as a PDF. Note: The report cannot be scheduled.
Within the report, all the analytics and graphs found on the Timeline and Snapshot will be presented within the report for the specific time period requested.
The report then can either be printed or saved as a PDF.
The second way to create a report is on the Channels Overview page. There select Create Report towards to the top-right of the page.
Once you select Create a Report, a list of all the different social profiles will appear with the timeframe and what sample posts you'd like to include.
The Sample Posts can be arranged by Most Recent, Oldest First, Most Liked, Least Liked, Most Comments, Least Comments. Once you have the date range, the social profile, and sample posts, click Create Report.
