Reports Overview

The Reports Page allows users to create, edit and view reports. Displayed are reports of monitors and other types of reports. Once on the page, the user will see reports run for the last 30 days.
To view all reports, click on the date range view, and select View All. Along with View All, different date ranges can be selected to narrow the search.
The Report will display the Name, Type of Report, Start and End Date, and the Status.
Statuses include Pending, Editable, and Published. Pending reports are in the process of generating. Editable reports are available to open and make edits to. Published reports can no longer be edited and it's an indicator that the report was either emailed or edits were closed by another user.
If the report ends in an error, it will display Error in the status.
The Gear icon allows users to change the status and to go and change the name, date range, and who it's emailed to.
Reports can also be scheduled to run on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or custom time.
To view existing scheduled reports, click the Reports drop-down on the top left-hand side. Select Schedules.
In the Schedules, it will display the name of the Schedule, Type, Frequency, Time, Duration, Autopublish, and Status. The Autopublish will automatically freeze the report and publish it to an email, etc. Status indicates the schedule is live or not.
