When in your account and you notice that monitors aren't displaying any data anymore, be sure to check your account that it is active.
To see, go to the Agency or Company settings in the Admin.
You can also check the Usage tab in Company Settings to see whether the company was auto-suspended due to a mention overage or other reason.
