I am looking at a monitor we set up and it pulls no data. Do you know why?

There are a couple of reasons as to why a monitor hasn't pulled in any data or doesn't display any data.

Make sure to check the date range. If a monitor that only pulls in a few mentions a month or week, you'll need to change the date range.

If the monitor has just been created, you'll have to wait until the monitor collects new data. Retroactive data will not be performed without having to run a historical job.

Finally, check the rule set to make sure the monitor does not have any conflicting rules that could force the monitor to look for something impossible.

If you believe the monitor should have pulled in mentions, try running a historical job to see if data is imported.
