Why don't the amount of mentions increase in my World Deck View when I increase the time range?

Even though 'Last 24 Hours' showed a total of X number of mentions and 'Last 7 Days' showed a total of X number of mentions, for performance reasons we only send the top 500 mentions to the map component. If the top 500 mentions for 'Last 7 Days' contain fewer mentions with location data than that of 'Last 24 Hours' it would display fewer mentions on the map.

We have future plans to pull more than the top 500 mentions into our charts but for now, this is working as designed.
