Report Range
This is the time range we want to select. We're going to select Day (24 hours).
Our other options are:
- Week (7 Days)
- 2 Weeks (14 Days)
- Month (30 Days)
- Quarter (3 Months)
- Yearly (1 Year)
Range Starts At HH:MM
This is the time frame you want your report to start and end.
For a true daily report, select 12 AM. That will run from 12:00 AM until 11:59 PM on the same day.
For this tutorial, we'll leave it at 12:00 AM. You're welcome to customize it to your needs as you see fit.
Sample Mentions
Sample Mentions is a new feature. You can have 50-1000 sample mentions in one report. If you choose to have the Sample Mentions Attachment set to ON, the sample mentions will be added to the bottom of the PDF downloaded report.
NOTE: Please note that attaching 1000 sample mentions to a report causes the PDF generation to take a while and the PDF is almost 100 pages long.
Automatically Publish
When this setting is set to ON, the report will automatically generate and be sent to specified email groups. The report cannot be edited after it is published; however, users can unpublish reports to re-open editing.

Email Groups
Email Groups is a new thing in Monitors Enterprise. You can send a report to a group of specified emails. You will need to configure email groups beforehand.
In this tutorial, we'll select our Daily Reports group.
Learn how to configure email groups here.
Create Schedule
When you're all set, go ahead and click Create Schedule.
Once the schedule saves, you will see this on the right-hand side:
Here you can Pause or Delete your schedule.
You can always come back and make adjustments, click save and those adjustments will be reflected on your next report.
