Social profiles connected to NUVI every once in while will require reauthorization due to security measures put into place by the different social media platforms. An email should be sent to all Admin users on an account when a social profile needs to be reauthorized. The easiest way to authenticate is to follow the link included in the email. However, if no email is sent, an Admin User can authenticate manually.
Reauthentication For Integrations
An Admin User can find the Integrations page by hovering their cursor over the Listen tab, and by clicking on Integrations.
Once on the Integrations page, one would click on the refresh icon by the Admin Facebook Profile, then follow the authorization steps that pop-up from Facebook.
