How to Create a Spike Analysis

A spike analysis is a measuring tool used to see information about a particular influx of mentions and vice-versa. Users can use the spike analysis for any range of data in a monitor.

When in a monitor and viewing the line chart a user can click and drag across anywhere on the graph to create a spike analysis.

Once the Spike has been created, a user can view the top mentions for that time period and also add a Note to label the Spike Analysis. It will appear next to the line chart after creating.
