Whether you have set up email alerts for a monitor, trying to share mention from the bubble stream, or have other emails attached to your account, the first thing to check is the spam folder on your email.
If there isn't an email there, Check your messengers to make sure the email is included in an email group and is spelled correctly.
SMS alert groups and Slack channels can also be checked from this page. Click on the downward-facing arrow in the top right of the screen to check those.
