Include Sample Mentions in Monitor Report

To include sample mentions in your monitor report:

On the Create Report screen for your monitor, you will adjust the parameters to what data you want to be included. Date, Report Name, etc. Under Report Settings, you will see the option to include a number of Sample Mentions and Sample Mentions Attachment.

Selecting the 'Sample Mentions Attachment' ON will adds the number of selected sample mentions to the bottom of the PDF downloaded report.

 

For example, I ran the report with the Sample Mentions Attachment ON. I will then select 'Edit Template' on the right hand screen after the report has ran.

In edit mode, you can scroll to the last page labeled 'Sample Mentions' and view an assortment of sample mentions.

If there are some mentions there you would not like to have in your report, then you can select the red 'X' over the mention to remove it from the report. 

 

Then select Download PDF on the right hand side of the screen:

Then you will notice the bottom of your report has the listed sample mentions ready on the PDF to send out. 

 

NOTE: Attaching 1000 sample mentions to a report causes the PDF generation to take a while and the PDF is almost 100 pages long.
