How to Use Collections
Watch a tutorial video here.
Collections are a great way to organize monitors for better viewing. Use collections to group similar monitors together.
Create a Collection
To create a collection, click the Create Collection button at the top of the screen. Name and save the collection.
Add Monitors To Collection
Once the collection is created, you can add monitors to it. There are a couple of ways to do this:
1. Creating a New Monitor
When you create a new monitor, you can put it in a collection right away. Select the collection at the bottom of the "Create New Monitor" screen.
2. Moving Existing Monitors
You can move any monitor to any collection--whether or not that monitor already belongs to a collection. Keep in mind that each monitor can only belong to one collection at a time.
To move an existing monitor, click on the 3 Dots button, then click Move To Collection.
Select the collection you'd like to move the monitor to, then click Move Monitor.
Note that both paused and active monitors can be moved to collections; however, paused monitors are hidden in the default monitor overview. To see paused monitors, select "Paused" or "All" from the drop down menu at the top of the page.
Modifying a Collection
To remove a monitor from a collection, click the 3 Dots button again, then click Remove From Collection.
To rename a collection, click on its name, change the name, and click Save.
To delete a collection, click on its name, then select the Trashcan icon. Note that deleting a collection does not delete the monitors within the collection; the monitors will be moved to the bottom of the monitor list in the "No Collection" section.
Collapsing collections can make your monitors easier. To focus on one kind of monitor, you can collapse other collections by clicking the arrow on the right side of the screen across from the collection name. Conversely, you can expand collapsed collections by clicking on the same arrow.
