We now have the option for clients to choose between HTML or Text alerts based on your email groups.
There are 2 ways that you can enable this feature and keep in mind that it's based on the email group you are in.
The first way update the alerts is by navigating to your Settings in the top right hand corner. (If you do not see this then you do not have the proper permissions to make this change and please contact your admin).
Then select the company where your email groups are located.
Once under your company select the Settings button. Then scroll down to the email group you are wanting to Edit. Once you hover over the name of your email group you will see a pencil and you can select the Edit button.
The second way to update your email group is by going into your Monitor Alerts and editing the email group in the same way listed above.
Select either HTML alerts:
Or text alerts:
