This article is going to explain what our compare monitors function is and how to use them.
The Comparison reports tool is an additional service you can purchase that enables you to view 2-8 monitors in depth at the same time, save your comparison of those monitors, and generate a report of said monitor data. This is an invaluable tool when you're wanting to compare, review, and report data as quickly as possible. In the example below, I am monitoring how people are involved with re-sharing updates between two different video games in order to gauge popularity and fan involvement.
To start off we will be going to our monitor(s) page within the Nuvi app. Once you’re to your monitors overview page, you can click on the “Add to compare” button. From here you can add up to 8 monitors you would like to compare data for.
The monitors your select will appear in the bottom left of your screen. Once you’re done selecting your monitors, you can click on the Blue Compare button in the bottom right of your screen.
After you click on compare, the app will direct you to the screen below. From this screen you can compare mentions, reach/spread, sentiment, etc. Most importantly, you can create a custom report for the data in the comparison. You can do this by clicking on the Save Comparison button in the top right corner of your screen.
After doing so this box will appear. Name your comparison and click on Save Comparison.
From here you can go to the Reports tab, click on the green + in the top right.
Once you're on the next page, you need to Name the report, select Comparison Report, choose which monitor/comparison you want to use in the report, configure report settings, and create the report.
From this next page you can save, edit, rerun, publish, or delete the report. If you choose save now, you can still go back in later to edit at a later time.
Finally, either click on edit template or if you already saved and quit you can click on the name of the report itself to edit it. The report edits just like a normal report for a single monitor.
