Our Dev team has put out a fix for Facebook publishing. In this article we'll go through the steps on how to get this set up. As a warning, doing this will delete any publishing history and scheduled posts for Facebook. It will not delete these posts from Facebook itself, but you will no longer be able to find them in the Nuvi app. Unfortunately there is no way around this. We are still planning on retiring Nuvi publishing around June in favor of our new GroundSpark publishing tool. Feel free to ask your account manager for more information on GroundSpark and how you can schedule a demo.
In the Nuvi app click on your profile in the top right corner of the screen. Select "Social Profiles". Next click on the Facebook tab.
Step 2. Click the red trashcan icon by your social profile.
Step 3. Click "Delete this Profile"
Step 4. Click the green "+Add Profile" button. Make sure you're currently logged into the Facebook profile you would like to add.
Step 5. Click continue.
Step 6. Select which pages you would like to add into the Nuvi app.
Step 7. Enable Nuvi to manage your pages and publish to the pages you manage.
Step 8. Click Ok
Step 9. After the page loads you should be back to your social profiles. Click on the Facebook tab and make sure all your profiles/page are there.
You should be good to go from here. I would suggest going to the Publishing tab and setting up a test post to make sure it works.
