Nuvi recently released a new feature that allows a user to auto-pause a monitor after a selected timeframe/Volume of mentions. Below are the steps required to enable this function.
1. Go to the Monitors Tab in the Nuvi app, click on the ellipsis (3 dot) button on a monitor needing to be paused, and select Edit Monitor.
2. Click on Settings and scroll down to Auto-Pause.
3. Click the toggle button, select/confirm the pause date, and click save at the top of the screen.
The selected monitor should now be primed to pause at the selected time.
In order to pause by volume simply click the slider to enable it, enter in the desired pause amount, and click save in the top right of the screen.
Note: The Monitor will not pause at that exact number of mentions. There is generally a little bit of a delay between hitting the limit and the actual pausing of the monitor.
Please feel free to reach out to Support@Nuvi.com if you have any additional questions.
