The best place to start is at the beginning, here are some in-house suggestions for the best experience with Banyan Reviews Basic.
1. Show your team what we do:
If you haven't already, we would suggest checking out our video series all about getting started with Banyan Social.
2. Get access to your account:
Banyan Social Basic can be accessed online at app.banyan.com or through our Banyan mobile app. Once your account is created by our team, you will be sent your login credentials. Use those to log in and access your account features.
3. Connect your Social Accounts
To post to your social accounts through Banyan, fill your dashboard with social data, and enable Banyan Review Responses, you must first connect your social accounts to Banyan.
This can be done through the Banyan mobile app or online at app.banyan.com > Account.
Note: You currently can only connect to Google accounts and listings online, not through the mobile app.
4. Add additional users:
Within your Banyan account, you can create additional user accounts for your team. Set them up online at app.banyan.com > Users.
5. Send some review invitations
Once your accounts are connected and your team is using the Banyan app, it is time to send some review invitations and collect reviews. Your account should already be linked to your online listings and get your customers to the right place.
6. View your reviews data
You will see your online presence grow after using Banyan social, and Banyan makes this easier than ever. View your progress either in the Banyan mobile app or online at app.banyan.com > Dashboard.
