Smart social allows businesses to create content in advance and have that content scheduled 3 times a week on days and times that are best for customer engagement. This feature is ideal for any business that wants to focus on content creation and take the hassle out of manually scheduling weeks of content. Smart Social is particularly helpful for a franchise or agency that manages social media for many similar pages.
You can turn on Smart Social by going to the account gallery and toggling the new Smart Social switch on the right side of the screen. The account will have the option to identify those pieces of content that should be considered by the scheduling algorithm. Each location will then have the option to turn Smart Social by navigating to the location gallery and reviewing the content they wish to include on their calendar.
What is Smart Social?
Smart Schedule allows you to upload pre-made social media content to the Account Gallery and have that content scheduled and published automatically.
What are the requirements?
You may turn on Smart Social only after you have identified at least 15 images to include in the smart scheduler.
How do I turn on Smart Social?
Navigate to the gallery and choose the images you would like to include. Use the "Smart Social" slider to turn on Smart Social.
How does Smart Social work?
When Smart Social is on, it selects content from your Account Gallery that is marked as Smart Social content and schedules that content to be published on your social media profiles.
Can I edit posts that have been added via Smart Social?
Yes, you can edit or delete Smart Social posts on your calendar any time before they are posted.
What criteria is used to schedule these posts?
Smart Social creates 3 new posts per week between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM in your local timezone and prioritizes days and times that are best for visibility and engagement.
How long will Smart Social wait to re-use my content?
Once Smart Social has posted all of the selected content, it will repost those images in a new order. New images added as Smart Social content will be scheduled before content that has been posted before.
Where can I see my scheduled smart social posts?
Choose the location for the Calendar you want to view. Select "Social" and then "Calendar" in the dropdown.
