To start off, navigate to the Publishing Calendar by hovering your mouse over the Publish Tab and by clicking on Calendar.
Once on the Publish tab. Click on the green + button in the top right to start creating a new post.
Clicking the green + will cause a new post pop-up to appear. From this pop-up a user can
- Decide which network this post will be published to.
- Add copy to the post
- Add additional media like a photo or video.
- Choose scheduled publish time or save the post to publish it immediately.
Select a Network - Click on the "Select Publish Integrations" button to select a social profile(s) to publish to.
Add Copy - Add the copy of your post. Depending on the length of the post a user may need to use the Customize by network button in order to trim down the content to fit Twitter's text constraints.
Add Additional Media - Click on the upload button to select an image or video. A user can also drag an image into the box to add it to the post.
Note: Multiple photos can be uploaded to the same post.
Schedule Post - Schedule when the post will be published. Click on the calendar to edit the scheduled time. After the date is selected. Click Save, this will save the post to the calendar. After clicking save, the user can decide to schedule the post, share it now, or delete it.
Once A post is scheduled it will appear on the calendar like so.
