1. If using Chrome, verify your Block third-party cookies option is disabled (Chrome Settings>Privacy and security>Site Settings>Cookies and site data).
2. Login to (Facebook) Business Manager at business.facebook.com and select the brand's Facebook Page under the Accounts>Pages section.
NOTE: Under the Staff section, click on your user profile and verify your permissions allow for Page management which is required for this process to work (see screenshot below).
3. Now that you're logged in to Business Manager, open Nuvi Manage in a new browser tab and complete the steps to authenticate your Facebook business account (Settings>Accounts>Add Account).
If this is the first time you're authenticating the Facebook account to the app, a pop-up notification like the one below will appear to confirm the account has been successfully authenticated.
If you're re-authenticating a Facebook account to the app, a pop-up notification like the one below will appear to confirm the re-authentication will be completed shortly (typically under a minute).
