Slack Alerts

*This is an additional premium feature. Please contact Account Manager for more information.

First, navigate to Messengers under the Settings tab.

Once there, click on the downward-facing arrow in the top right next to the search bar. Slack alerts will be in that drop-down if the feature is enabled for your company.  

On the right-hand side you will see the +Add Workspace button.

It will then walk you through signing into your Slack workspace. Please select Authorize or the connection will not go through. 

You will then see the Slack Workspace added successfully to your system. 

Once the Slack Workspace is added - click on the green +Messenger, name your messenger, type in the name of the desired Slack Channel, and click save. Multiple channels can be added to the same messenger.

Note: The system automatically adds the required hashtag.

Once the messenger is created, it can be added to an alert by going to Alerts under the Listen tab.

A Slack Channel integration can be added to an alert by clicking on the Integrations arrow.
