Multi-location Publishing - How to Connect Your Facebook Social Profiles

Note: This process will need to be completed for each Sub-account/Sub-location.

Once all of your sub-accounts are created, it's time to connect the Facebook social profiles to enable single location and multi-location publishing.

To connect the Facebook social profile, hover the mouse over the Publish tab and click on Integrations. Once on the Integrations page, click on the Facebook tab.

Next, click on + Authorize Account. This will have the user log into the Facebook account that is an admin on the Facebook business page. Once logged in, select continue as your user.

Select the Instagram page associated with the Facebook page needing to be connected. (If Instagram is needed.)

Click Next and select the Facebook Page needing to be connected.

Note: If Connecting several profiles, be sure to have all of them selected on this page.

Select Permissions for Nuvi. Be sure to check all of them.

Click Done then click OK.

This will take the user back to Nuvi and enable them to select the Facebook/Instagram page they need to be connected.

The account is now good to go for both single location and Multi-location publishing.
