Quick Send
Quick send gives a user the ability to send a review request manually. Click on Quick Send in the top right corner of the screen. Click on Review, enter in the patient name/phone#/email. If that doesn't pull up the patient, click + New Contact. That will pull up a new box where the user can enter in the patient's information and send them a review request. (The home Office should handle this, this should be used sparingly.)
