Respond to Reviews
The Reviews Page is the primary location for users to view and respond to reviews. To respond to a review, click on the blue Reply button under each review.
Note: If you get a Connect Google option, reach out to the main Dentalone office. They will need to connect the Google Account for you.
Filter By Options
In Reviews Advanced there are several filtering options from every location you have access to down to single locations. Click on See all filters to see all options. The tool enables you to filter by:
- Region
- Market
- Location
- Specific Time Periods
- 1-5 Star Reviews
- Review Source
- Actions
- Tags
- Assisted By
Quick Send Review
Quick send gives a user the ability to send a review request manually. Click on Quick Send in the top right corner of the screen. Click on Review, enter in the patient name/phone#/email. If that doesn't pull up the patient, click + New Contact. That will pull up a new box where the user can enter in the patient's information and send them a review request. (The Home Office should handle this. This option should be used sparingly.)
